Customer management stores fans and customer profiles, with groups, tags, and export so teams can follow up.
Common actions
- Open Customer management in the console.
- Filter the customer list by platform or other conditions.
- Add groups, tags, or notes (as available on the page).
- Export data for further analysis when needed.

Exports may contain contact details and other sensitive information. Keep them per company compliance rules and do not share externally.
