Customer management

Customer management stores fans and customer profiles, with groups, tags, and export so teams can follow up.

Common actions

  1. Open Customer management in the console.
  2. Filter the customer list by platform or other conditions.
  3. Add groups, tags, or notes (as available on the page).
  4. Export data for further analysis when needed.

WARNING

Exports may contain contact details and other sensitive information. Keep them per company compliance rules and do not share externally.
