Marketing accounts and devices
Marketing accounts are platform accounts reported to the console after desktop login. Device management shows which terminals seats use, for audit and troubleshooting.
Marketing accounts
- Open Marketing accounts (or account management) in the console.
- Review platform account lists, online status, and owning seats.
- Combine with ticket details to review fan intake and logs.
Mask sensitive data
When sharing or taking screenshots externally, hide avatars, nicknames, phone numbers, usernames, platform IDs, and similar fields. Docs use “Demo account” as the example label.
Device management
- Open Device management / Device logs.
- Review seat-bound devices and login-related records.
- Escalate abnormal devices to an admin.
WARNING
Do not paste real device IDs into docs or external materials.
