Download and install the desktop client

The desktop client is used to log in WhatsApp / Telegram multi-sessions, run bidirectional translation, and receive customers.

Download

1. Open the official download page.
2. Choose for your system:
   • Windows: installer (setup.exe)
   • macOS: package for Intel or Apple silicon
3. After download, follow the system prompts to finish installation.

TIP

The site tries to detect your OS; you can also switch the OS tab manually.

Installation notes

• After install, sign in with a seat activation code (not the console email/password).
• If install or update fails, check the Help Center or contact official support.
• Before large team rollout, confirm plan ports and seat strategy.
