Internal control
Internal control helps managers reduce order-poaching and policy-violation risk. It mainly covers sensitive-word monitoring and sensitive-behavior monitoring (usually Professional-plan features; follow your plan).
Sensitive-word monitoring
- Open Internal control → Sensitive-word monitoring.
- Configure word lists to monitor or block from sending.
- Desktop sessions create monitoring records when triggered, and may block sends per policy.
Sensitive-behavior monitoring
Monitor sensitive actions such as editing messages, deleting messages, or deleting chats (follow product options), producing auditable records.
TIP
Pilot the word list on a small scope first to avoid false positives on normal business scripts.
